Inquiring about Challenger My son and I went into the dealership and was inquiring about a challenger and they gentleman looked at us like we had three heads. This past Monday I was at the State Fair and I stopped by the FSAM booth to look at the Jeep Renegade that I'm interested in. I was the only one there, and the gentleman working the tent did not even acknowledge me. I will NOT go back for a third snub from this dealership. The lost out on two sales. Challenger and Renegade. The owner said or left a message on our voice mail how happy he was we bought a car from them...blah blah blah & to call him any time with any questions or concerns...well I've called him several times he always pushed me off to someone else. I was asked by a friend would I recommend Franklin Sussex I said...NO WAY!!! And social media is the way to spread bad news!!! And I belong to so many groups!!! More
No customer service above salesperson Let me start by saying I have never bought or owned a Chrysler product, I am a GM guy through and through. But... GM has left a bad taste in my mouth for several years so I figured it was time for a change... So after seeing the countless commercials on TV I drove right past Warwick Dodge and went to Franklin Sussex Auto Mall. While browsing in the parking lot and being ignored a few times, Sheena, asked me if I needed any help. She is the ONLY good thing about this dealership. She worked very hard to satisfy a guy who is hard to please. I went looking for a truck but with my average credit score it was unaffordable. She told me about the 200, which I thought was a lesser car. Boy was she right, I drove a BEAUTIFUL 200c AWD and was thoroughly impressed. So we started to deal... We came to a verbal agreement, I was told to clean out my car and they would be prepping my new car. Then I had to run an errand, about five minutes after leaving I received a call from Mike who said that I was approved but needed to pay $80.00 dollars more a month! I said no way... I feel like i was baited and switched... Sheena has not given up and has tried to make a deal to no avail. I feel this dealers advertising is deceptive, their one ad on TV said they were offering up to $2000.00 more on your trade in then any dealership. They have offered me $2000.00 less then the Chevy dealership and even though it was pointed out to Mike he said that he had given me every rebate he could to make up for it like he was doing me a favor, but aren't the rebates due to me anyway? They have continually asked me for more money without making any other offers on my vehicle. Also, I received an automated call from Kevin H. yesterday with a "direct" number to call him with any problems. I called back immediately and was put right to voicemail and to a full mailbox where I couldn't leave a message. So I went to the website and left a message about this same issue and asked for Kevin to call me. To this minute Kevin has not called me, and I know he got the message because magically his voicemail is open now but only rings. Shady? I was hoping to find a dealership that I could lease cars from until at least I retire in 13 years... So for just a couple thousand dollars they lost a potential 4-5 car leases just from me over the years, doesn't sound like forward thinking to me... Can anyone recommend a good dealership? More

Good experience with first visit Unhappy with local dealerships, I took my 2014 Jeep Wrangler to Sussex in search of better service. Joe from the service department was able to arrang Unhappy with local dealerships, I took my 2014 Jeep Wrangler to Sussex in search of better service. Joe from the service department was able to arrange an appointment within a few days and take a look at it. Since the noise coming from under the hood was intermittent they had the patience to let it run until they heard the noise and diagnose the problem. It was fixed within a day and I was back on the road. Even though it's a bit of a ride for me, I think I may have found my service department. Thanks Joe! More
