2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee I came into Franklin Sussex Auto Mall during the last week of December to start my search for a new car. Ryan was friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs. He brought out two cars that he thought would be my top choice, and let me pick which one I wanted to test drive first. Ryan made the test drive feel comfortable, while also answering any questions I had about the vehicle. I had honestly just gone to "look" but I actually ended up walking off the lot that day with a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Ryan stayed with me, the night before Christmas Eve until all of the paperwork was taken care of, and I drove off in my new car. 10/10 will use Franklin Sussex Auto Mall as my go to car spot. HIs product knowledge was impressive and his compassion and listening skills were even better and when I explained to him in my older years I had developed arthirits and used to start wearing gloves while I drove he quickly showed me a vehicle with a heated steering wheel, that was also sporty and cute and from their it was a match made in heaven! More salesmen like Ryan will help make the "I hate car salesmen" stigma go away!!!! More
