Went in for a Charger and out with a Jeep...and I’m ecstatic I’ve had my heart set on a Charger for a while now but sometimes you don’t get what you want, you get what you need (and ultimately what you want!). D I’ve had my heart set on a Charger for a while now but sometimes you don’t get what you want, you get what you need (and ultimately what you want!). Due to my horrible lease from another dealer/manufacturer the Charger was not within my realm of affordability-but Will Wallace was awesome and got me into a beautiful 4x4 Jeep Renegade, which I had also seen on the road and always wanted until I became obsessed with Chargers/Challengers. He was kind, courteous, not pushy and not just “trying to make a sale”. He answered all my questions and spoke to me intellectually, not assuming because I was a woman there without a man to make a deal. I’m so happy with my Jeep and I will be back to xxS Auto Mall to see Will when I have more money but I will be too old to look hot in a Charger. Will’s response was “youth is wasted on the young”....HAHA, so true!!! Thanks WILL!!!! More

Will Wallace was my salesman and he was the absolute best! He was extremely helpful, patient, and very funny. Will even went above and beyond by taking great pictures of my family and I with my new renegade so we could always remember the experience. You definitely don’t get that level of care everywhere and I really appreciated it. I cannot recommend Will or the entire Franklin Sussex team enough. We are a very proud Franklin Sussex Automall family and we will continue to buy our future cars from them! More
Won’t Own Their Issues One of the worst experiences ever. This place is just wretched. What started off as a positive has just been a cluster-f&$@ since. Three weeks in after making a deal, my truck is ruined (water damage) by some contracted installers they hired. You take the vehicle back to repair again and a week later it still leaks. Now their answer is to go the the installers directly so they are not the middle man. There is still no registration from sales so I can’t drive it “legally.” Any follow up from sales? Nope. Not even when you ping, call, or email them. They ask you 2 weeks later for a paperwork to do the transfer and you give it to them. Then they wait a week until i contact them to say oh we don’t have it because it was in the sales rep’s junk folder. Then a week later, they lost the paperwork again and had to resend it. It’s been over a week since the tags and registration expired. No calls from the general manager when you leave messages to call, email, or voicemails. DO NOT BUY OR SPEND ONE PENNY HERE!!! They don’t care about the customer no matter what bull they try to tell you. Find another dealer, ANY DEALER. Even if there is something on this lot that you like, go to another dealer and have it transferred there. This entire place is the stereotypical used car sales guy your parents warn you about....except they are doing it on new vehicles. More

Ryan returned my call promptly,earned my trust with his straightforward, friendly manner and we made a deal at my price.He even came in on his day off the next day to make the deal happen. The vehicle was prepped , Ryan explained the features and I drove it home to show it off and tell about the great deal I got. Rob Matonis in finance was very thorough with the details of the lease and presented the information in a friendly manner. More
This story has a happy ending I went another Jeep dealership close to me in Goshen, NY. And because I was raked through xxxx by my ex, my credit wasn’t as good as it used to be (bu I went another Jeep dealership close to me in Goshen, NY. And because I was raked through xxxx by my ex, my credit wasn’t as good as it used to be (but I’m working on digging myself out). Once this place found out, mind you I’ve bought multiple cars there and my parents bought 4 in the last 3 years or so alone and has always bought from there, I was told to go on the website (on my phone) and “look at the used cars over there” while pointing “and when I’m done with my customers I’ll come out and talk to you”. He came out 2 mins before closing to tell me “that Mazda over there should work I’ll run numbers tomorrow and give you a call, but we’re closed now”. I was incredibly insulted and wasn’t there to look for a used Mazda... I already had one. I wanted a Jeep, at least, specifically a Renegade. I looked up other Jeep dealers and found Franklin Sussex auto Mall, which is in a different state. I went and everyone treated me with respect! Ryan made sure I got what I wanted, which was two things, a Renegade and remote start! (I didn’t think I was asking for too much, right) He’s a great guy, we were both from Brooklyn originally so we had some great things to talk about and he made the experience fun. Michael Rheel who I was glad to see again (me and my family had bought cars with him before in NY), and Rob Matonis helped me with finance and paperwork! Terri at the front desk area was very sweet. We talked while the magic was happening. So basically it’s worth skipping the place that only wants you when life is perfect and nothing bad has ever happened to you. Because it’s life...sometimes bad things happen and it’s not just getting me a new car w/new memories, it’s getting rid of the old car that’s attached to really cruddy memories. They may not realize it but that’s what they did for me. So weather life is perfect or not, I’m shopping at Franklin Sussex auto Mall from now on. More
Suspicious Visited dealership after receiving an email about a price drop on a vehicle. After my 1 hour drive I was greeted by friendly Will and we went on a test drive. Everything was good until I showed Will the email. They tried to sell me a new car and then offered me a price $3K above what the email stated. I was also told that price was a mistake and they no longer use that website (CarGurus.com). I left dealership because price was out of my budget but I am still wondering why they have so many cars still listed on cargurus.com? I did find the same car at another dealership for a price comparable to the price of the email I was sent...hmmmm. I wouldn't say the dealership was bad because everyone was very nice and helpful and they offered me a decent deal. I just felt slighted since I was ready to purchase the car at a price I thought I would get and felt was fair for a used car. I held off on review to see if price from email was really that good or was I baited, but it was attainable from another dealer, hence the title of my review. More
Nice dealership long waittime for paperwork overall good experience. paperwork took far too long but it was a promotional weekend. needed more staff for financing.
