False advertising and horrible salesmen !!!!!! But there response was we can put the 6,000 difference on your finance.... No bueno !!!!!!! Only to get back to Ct and receive a phone call from F1 AUTO IMPORTS to tell me the eccept the offer . Totally unprofessional !!!! The guy that took us on the test drive treated as if we never stepped foot in luxury. Please dont even waste one second here you will get rapped on pricing!!!!!!!!!!!!! One way or the other !!!!!!! A bunch of crooks It all begins with a low priced vehicle online. Then you inquire about it, they give you a call and everything is good until after you put a deposit a It all begins with a low priced vehicle online. Then you inquire about it, they give you a call and everything is good until after you put a deposit and fill a credit application for financing. After that they mail you paperwork to sign and here it begins. Surprise! The price is different ($2-3K), extended warranty added (not even offered nor told about initially, $2-3K), unclear fees added ($300-500), state tax and registration/title/plate charged (even if you are out of state). All this piled up in one bulk sum and financed. At the end you see the price going up $5-7K more than advertised price. When you call them and try to straighten things out, they try to force you to buy extended warranty, all of a sudden they tell you that the price of the vehicle "actually" $3K more and they supposedly told you about it "last time on the phone." Whaat? They also tell you they "have to charge you out of state tax and fees, because the finance the vehicle", which is another lie. With all that, they extremely rude! Sales manger, financing manager are awful. When you remind them about the advertised price, they tell you the "price is different now" and "you have to pay" what they tell you. And remember, they have your deposit hostage now. Anyway, pretty bad and unpleasant experience. Deposit is still there. The complaint is being filed to a number agencies and officials. Legal action is coming pretty soon. More

Went to them for an ad I saw online. They held me for 4 hours but made it work in the end. When I left the dealership, I ran out of gas literally 3 minutes into my drive home. They had told me there was hours but made it work in the end. When I left the dealership, I ran out of gas literally 3 minutes into my drive home. They had told me there was enough gas for at least 30 miles but that was just one lie. Long story short, I almost had my license suspended because they failed to submit the taxes and fees to my state. It took them 4 months to pay up the tax $ I had paid when I signed for the car... Do yourself a huge favor and go somewhere else. There are plenty of better third-party dealers in Bergen county alone... More
I read the reviews before i went to this place... I said I would not go there.. I had a trade and did not want to drive there... But when I did , I got the shock of my life .. Stay away from this dealership, you will get ripped off!!! Once they get your money, they treat you like crap. if you find issues with your car, you ll not get refunded and they wont pay for any repair off!!!
