Poor service, No decency Bought a Mercedes back in Nov 2015. Took 3 months for the plates and title to arrive. Everytime i called them for the vehicle information and when i w Bought a Mercedes back in Nov 2015. Took 3 months for the plates and title to arrive. Everytime i called them for the vehicle information and when i would get it they told me some story, gave me a day to expect the info and never called me back. Its irritating that they say theyll fix a problem but yet im the one doing the callbacks to make sure they dont forget me. In one month i discovered more and more things already wrong with the car. Wally, THE OWNER... personally promised to "make it right". Car was sold to me with no passenger airbag, lights blown, oil leaking, seat motor missing and the Termostat broken. On top of that i was verbally promised the Navigation system that was "removed recently for repair" in two weeks, it has now been over a year. I live an hour away and one day i was fed up with phone tag so i showed up. The GM Jonathan (preferrers jonathan because old GM John had made a bad name for himself) strolls in half an hour late to open his building on a friday morning. I start to tell him and he gets irate, kicks me off the property and tells me theres nothing he can do for me. I then went 15 min up the road to Bergen County Courthouse to sue these xxxxers because they have no idea what it entails to run an ethical business... these guys are horrible. Worst business ever. Last time i went over, their lot was thinning out so karma has recently come around to bite wally hopefully. More

We bought a car from this dealership on May and still we didn't receive registration and licence plate. I call them everyday and guy name is Mike, which he doesn't know anything, also if you give him question , all he can say is I DO NOT KNOW, that's all he knows. The manager John is same as like his workers, when you call him he tell you a different kinds of stories. Never solve the problem. I don't know who is the owner for this dealership but I hope they will close dawn soon. They just lying the people and getting their money, that's all they care. Horrible customer service. JUST DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM I AM WARNING YOU ! More

5 weeks after purchase I still don't have vehicle documents My purchase experience with this dealer has been similar to most complaints here, the folks at Formula 1 Auto Exports are very rude and unprofessional My purchase experience with this dealer has been similar to most complaints here, the folks at Formula 1 Auto Exports are very rude and unprofessional. I bought a 2010 Mercedes Benz S550 from this dealer and up till this moment, 6 weeks later, I have not received my vehicle documents that I paid the dealer to file with DMV and I'm now unable to drive the car as the 30-day temporary registration tag has expired. I have contacted the dealer about 6 times and got a different story each time. I called last week and spoke to Myra to remind the dealer that I had not received my vehicle registration document and she said it was already in the mail to get to me by Friday Sept. 18th 2015. When I didn't receive it by Monday Sept. 21st, I called again and this time Myra said they were still waiting for the docs from the DMV. When reminded of what she had told me before, she promptly transferred the call to "John" who took my number and said he would call me back shortly but never did. I have since filed a case with BBB and now considering legal steps to address the matter as I'm still unable to use my car.
