I was happy with my Mercedes for about a month when I kept looking at there website and came across ( my current car ) a BMW 328i I fell in love with this car instantly ! So I found myself at formula 1 again and asked if I could trade my car in and get my dream car, they bought the trade from me the same price I bought the car for I was amazed that any dealership could be so friendly and helpful ! I recommend all of my family and friends to formula 1 they have great prices and they are hands down the most honest friendly dealership I've never been to ! I'm so happy with my bmw and ill b going to formula for all of my car purchases in the future ! More

This company must not like money. I called to speak about an Audi I intended on buying over the phone from 600 miles away and paying cash. Not even willing to let the car be verified that it is in sound mechanical condition at my expense! General Manger was RUDE and I will never ever try to do business with these people. I called this dealership this morning to inquire about a car. I first spoke to the salesman and he was very helpful in making my decision.. I then spoke with the sales manager wh broke down the store policy and offered me to allow my mechanic to come and review the car and then we can discuss the details from there.. i have not found any other dealer that would allow me to do that.. after coming over to the dealer with my mechanic and checking out the car.. We both were happy with what we saw and I made my PURCHASE.. Now i am getting my friends and heading to AC.. Thanks Guy's for going above and beyond. More

Now I receive a report from AutoCheck saying the miles was rolled back days prior to my purchase. do not purchase from these guys, i plan on taking them to court and hopefully nobody else will get screwed. I bought a Mercedes used car from them, after a day car got problem with Tire and wheel bearings, spent $1300. Then this guys didn't register my car on time and I parked my car for a few days in my garage got problem with Tire and wheel bearings, spent $1300. Then this guys didn't register my car on time and I parked my car for a few days in my garage until I get my registration after expiring the temporary one, initially I told them that I will do registration, but they insist that they have to do the registration since they are the dealer. I paid full amount while I bought the car, but in registration they did lien holder as JPM Chase, then DMV sent Title to Fort Woth, TX branch of JPM. I called this dealer several times to get my Title, first they told me that they will get a title and lien release paper from JPM and will forward to me. After few weeks, i was told that DMV will send the title. I called DMV, they said that They have already send the title for the car 80 days ago to JPM and tell your dealer to get it clear, otherwise go with legal action if your dealer not responding this issue. Likely they took my money and also did some loan on this car from JPM. Stay away from this Formula 1. More

I went to buy a used truck. Price listed was good for the make, model, year and mileage. Cost skyrocket when they start adding in dealer prep fees, which they explain is their profit, documentation fees - ba make, model, year and mileage. I bought the truck but when I filled it with gas the tank leaked. They kept it almost empty so when you check the vehicle out you do not see the leak. This is what gives used car salesmen bad names.
