Today I took my vehicle to Fox for my annual inspection. The lady I dealt with was courteous and knowledgeable. She estimated a 90 minute wait and the wait was only 60 minutes. Suggestions were made regarding replacing my tires and a broken tail light. I was also furnished with a quote addressing the costs for both suggestions. I have purchased 6 or more cars from this dealership over the years with good results regarding both purchase and service. I have no problem recommending this dealership to family and friends. More
We left our 2019 Highlander lease for an oil change and they recommended a tire rotation and we went with Kim’s recommendation and she was great to set this up and called when done. No issues at all… We noted oil under but unsure if from our car or prior automobile parked there we monitored. By evening a large puddle was noted underneath and we didn’t use car til speaking with them… Kim again helped asked good questions and wanted car if ok to drive to come right back… we left and later the issue was in some over tightening or gasket issue that needed to be replaced on the 2019 suv. Ryan was now helping and he was less then helpful and never apologetic. I told him we were heading out this am and lucky we saw or it may have been a worse outcome. I asked what do you do in these situations to make right for this situation and he said with next service we will take good care of you … I was like this is last oil change because lease is almost over and we will never be back to this establishment again… he said I understand…. I don’t get it but 5 stars to Kim who tried to help ! More
Always longer wait time then expected or what they tell you. Have had issues with them trying to charge me for things that they messed up well doing there service to my vehicle. Last time I was there for oil change, inspection, change out the seal in the rear valve stem because they only seem to last a year and I waited almost 3 hours after being told only a hour in a half. Then had to buy 2 new lug nuts witch was almost 40 dollars because of swelling they said, witch does happen but I just changed the brakes two weeks before with no issues. I was actually out side when they where taking the tire off and watch then throwing the socket on the floor to get lugnut out of the socket for the first two they took off then they stopped because I'm pretty sure they had the wrong size socket and changes it. The other three after that they didn't have any issues taking them off and those I guess didn't SWELL UP. After I was inside when the tech came in to talk to the lady at the front desk witch he saw me outside when he was throwing the lugnut with the socket on the floor he pulled her off to the side so I couldn't hear or see what they where talking about. We all make mistakes its life just own up to and don't take advantage of people. Like I said I just had all four tires off to do brake upgrade on them and rotate the tires with no issue. Other times been in to just get a oil change and waited a hour in a half and the other time just over 2 hours JUST TO CHANGE THE OIL. More

Everyone that greeted my sister and myself were very pleasent and helpful. Service advisor was friendly and thorough. Only complaint is it took 45 minutes past my appointment time before my vehicle even moved from the welcome area.
