In a recent car accident, Tom was understanding and helpful in assisting us with all the details. Wayne handled our financing and was also prompt and professional. Fast and friendly I can easily compare. I inquired at a Honda dealership a few days prior, and talked to a salesman on the phone who told me he would call me before he I can easily compare. I inquired at a Honda dealership a few days prior, and talked to a salesman on the phone who told me he would call me before he left at 6. I called him back at 5 and got voice mail. I called him back the next day and he told me he was waiting in financing to get back to him but would make my wait worth it. I never heard from him again. In contrast, I walked into K&M Dodge, was helped in minutes, and walked out with my car the same day, only after Dustin made sure all of our questions were answered. We love our new car, we loved the service, and we would recommend this dealership to our friends and family over any that I have ever dealt with. More

This morning we had an issue with our vehicle that required a diagnosis and repair-everyone that we interacted with at K&M; from the drop off, the service rep, to the shuttle driver (Bruce); all were top notch! Had a game plan to look at Ford vans and Dodge Grand Caravans before my wife and I would make a offer on a newer car. After dealing with Tim, we found what we were looking for and at the price range we Caravans before my wife and I would make a offer on a newer car. After dealing with Tim, we found what we were looking for and at the price range we wanted to stay within and we never did get over to the Ford dealer. Tim had been referred by a friend that had purchased a van at K&M. I had asked how the purchase had gone and if the after purchase service with the van was as good as the sale and she told me it was excellent.
