From the time we first walked on to the K and M property we felt valued and served. We were immediately greeted by a sales person who directed us to the offices. Bruce introduced himself and spent the first 15 minutes inquiring about our interests in a vehicle. We had the sense from the start that he was there to serve us in helping us determine what would be best for our family's needs. We felt comfortable asking candid questions such as what to expect from a pre-owned vehicle that was used as a rental car. We discussed the various features of the mini vans and which ones were or were not necessary for our needs. K &M also has a number of pre-owned minivans in stock. Bruce was able to answer a range of questions from mechanical and technical to those in the more personal realm, such as why the van we selected with lower miles was the best choice for us. At no time did we feel pressured, but genuinely served. Once we decided on which van to take a closer look at the whole process was completely smooth from taking that vehicle to our mechanic for a "once over" to returning to K and M to make an offer. We are very pleased with our choice and with the peace of mind we have knowing our future needs with this van will be well met in service and any other incidental concern we may have. My wife's car blew out its water pump a day before she had to head up north for work for two weeks. The car was going downhill rapidly and we were debating getting her a new one anyway. K&M gave us their best estimate of how long it would take to fix and the price (it was Saturday and the service department was closed) so we asked to see how much trade-in value they would give us. They gave us more than fair trade-in value and helped us look at cars in the specific price range we indicated. Tom, the salesman who helped us, never once tried to push us onto a more expensive car or go outside our price range. When all was said and done, since our insurance agency was closed for the weekend, he let us drive a new car out on his dealer plate so my wife wouldn't have to rent a car to get up north. It was well above and beyond what he needed to do for us. It was a great experience and I know where we'll be getting our next car from. More

We feel Pat was able to negotiate with us so we felt comfortable with the purchase price, then had all the paperwork ready to finalize the next day when we arrived to take possession of the vehicle.
