New Truck Buying Experience I was just getting ready to write an email to Tim when this survey arrived in our email. I had a rather unpleasant experience trying to purchase my ne I was just getting ready to write an email to Tim when this survey arrived in our email. I had a rather unpleasant experience trying to purchase my new truck at another dealership. This happened on a Thursday. Out of frustration, I went on line and Googled "Dodge Ram Dealers in Grand Rapids".... K&M Dodge came up. What followed was amazing. I saw a picture of the exact truck I had been looking for on their website. I did some back and forth on line chat with "Leslie"...and she passed me on to Tim who calculated my Chrysler Retiree Discount and gave me an almost instant quote. I accepted and at 12:30 pm on Friday I sat down with Wayne in Finance and consummated the deal. At 1:30 I was on my way home with my new truck. What can be wrong with this??? Nothing!!!
