We were pleasantly surprised by the laid back atmosphere, especially since we were use to being bum rushed by cutthroat salesmen @ other dealerships. Transparency is key in the way they conduct business. All cars have price tags matching their internet price. The sales consultants are very knowledgable about a wide range of makes and models. The Sales And Finance Managers spent an ample amount of their time active listening to our concerns and finding solutions to everything and then put it in writing! Chris Burrus was our sales consultant and he was fabulous. Extremely knowledgeable, genuine, and caring. After we purchased our vehicle he took the time to explain how everything worked from top to bottom. He also said if I have future questions just give him a call. John is the sales manager and he made us feel like family! Curtis is the finance guy and I trust him... That says a lot because I do not trust easily... I especially never thought I would trust a finance guy at a car dealership! He made me eat those words. I will only buy a car from this group because they have outstanding business ethics, morally sound individuals, and I love the laid back atmosphere!
