It's a good thing, because one of the last parts they were servicing was beyond repair, and had to be replaced. Of course, this was not in stock, and had to be ordered. By putting me in a loaner vehicle, he took away the hassle of being without a car for a week, and got me addicted to the Bluetooth connection in the meantime! All in all, Brian and Fowler Volkswagen took care of my car, and me, at every step of the way. I know my car is in good hands with them, these people love what they do, and you can't ask for more than that. More

Certified Pre Owned means very little to these people, even with a recurring problem from time of purchase. We were informed that CPO takes the worry out of buying a vehicle, but it just adds to the aggravation , especially since you pay top dollar for the certified status. I would like to take a moment to thank Mr. Fowler for NOT standing behind his vehicle! My last 3 vehicles have been bought from a Fowler dealership, but NO MORE. By the way, offering $100 discount is just an insult! More
