There will always be the pushes for after sales of warranties etc. But, it is offered in a low threat transparent manner that demonstates the potential value to the customer. Top Notch Service! By far, one of the best experiences I've had with a service department. Brian was more than helpful, I was getting multiple items serviced, and he off By far, one of the best experiences I've had with a service department. Brian was more than helpful, I was getting multiple items serviced, and he offered a loaner vehicle right away. It's a good thing, because one of the last parts they were servicing was beyond repair, and had to be replaced. Of course, this was not in stock, and had to be ordered. By putting me in a loaner vehicle, he took away the hassle of being without a car for a week, and got me addicted to the Bluetooth connection in the meantime! All in all, Brian and Fowler Volkswagen took care of my car, and me, at every step of the way. I know my car is in good hands with them, these people love what they do, and you can't ask for more than that. More
