I use to feel confident that my vehicle was going to get a thorough inspection, but the last few times I brought it in for service I feel like I've been robbed. Oil change Just a quick oil change and replacing the left map light. Did not have the right bulb (8 watt vs 6), so Kris put in the 6 and will replace it next ti Just a quick oil change and replacing the left map light. We can cite two Toyota dealerships that are outstanding in buying and servicing. When we moved to Ft. Wayne two years ago, our daughter Ashlee recommended Ft. Wayne Toyota, as she had purchased a lovely 2012 Camry hybrid and appreciated the service department because of the way they both treated her and the service preformed on her car. Before we moved here, I had our Avalon serviced here as well, and liked the the attitudes of your service people, Neil and Ryan. We also interacted with Bret Sailor and, of course Michelle our sales person. We are very happy with our 2019 Rav4. We firmly believe that the reputation of Ft.
