Kept Their Word Last August I purchased a used Jeep Cherokee from Fort Wayne Kia. It was in excellent condition all but a bit of damage on the passenger side mirror. Last August I purchased a used Jeep Cherokee from Fort Wayne Kia. It was in excellent condition all but a bit of damage on the passenger side mirror. So, to close the deal, the dealership offered to replace it at no charge. A few weeks later I receive a call that the mirror was in, however, life goes on, I get busy, and no day is a good day to take my car in for repair. Fast forward to last week; in pandemic mode, life slows, and I remember, hum, I wonder if they still have my mirror at the Kia place, and I wonder what kind of fuss they are going to give me about fixing it all these months later? Preparing for an argument, I called the dealership, and they forwarded me to Service, and the cordial voice on the other end of the line says, “Let me check with parts to see if we still have it.” A few seconds later that same cordial voice returns saying, “Yes sir your mirror is here, when do you want it installed?” They fixed the mirror, vacuumed out my car, washed it and returned it to me at no charge! I love my Jeep, and I love the service I received from Ft. Wayne Kia! Thanks guys! More
