We started our process over six months ago and after putting down a $500 refundable deposit at another dealership, we found the exact '23 Telluride trim level we wanted at Ft. Collins Kia. Rachel hustled for us! She initially sold us a Telluride due to their lot in a few months, but after someone backed out of a car already there, she offered it to us immediately. She even sent Cameron from their dealership to pick us up in Denver for the drive to Ft. Collins (we had made the drive from the mountains). We were in and out of the dealership in less than two hours. Rachel, Rocky (finance) and Cameron were all a pleasure to work with. Best car buying experience ever! More
