Don’t buy a used car here. Paid $11k for a certified car and engine died under 90 days but slightly over the miles. Found out they bought car from auction couple weeks before. Do not but a vehicle here! They forged my signature onto a phony lease and stole $500 in service from me. So when I went to buy my truck out of the lease I presented my original lease contract, they brought out their lease contract. Except their lease contract wasn't the original, had my signature forged onto it and had a higher buy out price. On top of that, I purchased a $500 lease service agreement to cover all oil changes and tire rotations during the lease. The first time I went for service they told me that I wasn't in the system and I'd have to pay out of pocket. So in all I lost $500 and ended up having to buy my lease out from another dealer. They are very shady and unprofessional, would not recommend More

Absolute chaos at the service department here, regret chosing them. Dropped off for a list of things and diagnostic. They told me the next day, I was never called the next day, could not get a hold of anyone the next day nor 24 hours after that, decided to take an Uber there to actually speak to someone. When I showed up my car still wasn't ready, I'd have to wait an additional 72 hours after that. They dropped my car off at my house when it was done, garbage and extra parts in passenger seat, leather on front seat was scratched, gave me an attitude when they dropped it off. Things got stalled because multiple people and techs called out sick, just leaving my car disassembled in the garage. More

I make an appointment to test drive a used 2019 Ram 1500 on the lot for 67 days, make the appt with Kelly, she say if anything changes I call you and let you know, was not asked to make a deposit. I contact a salesman J because kelly cant negotiate pricing. The next day I tell J I already have an appt to test drive the vehicle. He then tells me that they sold it on his day off. Also that I wasnt even on the schedule for a test drive with him or anyone else just Kelly. Im very pissed at this point. Kelly had nor called me to tell me it was sold. Instead I get a call the day after I was scheduled and texted from Kelly saying we missed you yesterday how would you like to come in today for your test drive. My response " Wow you sold the truck i was looking at before I even got to come in and now you want to reschedule a test drive?" Her response was "we do have other trucks here, as long as a customer does not leave a deposit on the vehicle then it is up for sale" and these ""are taken right off my text messages. I feel ropadoped, slide of hands, just a ploy to get people on the lot. Very poor attitude, and no one talks to anyone J had called me to apologize, and said he would talk to managment about kelly, but I see that didnt happen. More
Terrible experience purchasing a used truck Get everything in writing before you buy. Negotiated a remote starter and to have the scuffs and scratches buffed out as part of the deal. Went to pick the truck up nothing was done and the truck was dirty salesman said theyd scheduled it all to be done later and I go to leave and the sales man only hands me one key says they’ll get me one later. Hear nothing in weeks to follow then finally a text message from my salesman saying a 2nd key wasn’t part of the deal. Well it would of been if I knew there was only one key. They said they were only willing to do an aftermarket remote starter not a factory one when I repeatedly asked said I want a factory one as the truck is still under bumper to bumper warranty. More
Brought our 2020 Ford in for service, was told it was a CVT belt $780. Called other dealers received quotes of $350. Picked up truck. No thank you! We will take our business elsewhere. More
