Ron was my service advisor and was excellent in understanding the history of my service for my truck since this was my first time at Latham Ford. I needed some recall work in addition to an oil cha understanding the history of my service for my truck since this was my first time at Latham Ford. I needed some recall work in addition to an oil change and tire rotation and he got it all completed in less time than expected.
