This was a very easy way of having routine maintenance done on my vehicle with the mobile ford service! I had an oil change and tire rotation done right at my house. The experience was generally fine but I would never buy a new car from a Lithia owned dealership. I found the price of the used vehicle I purchased acceptable even with the nearly $1600 in fees for services new car from a Lithia owned dealership. I found the price of the used vehicle I purchased acceptable even with the nearly $1600 in fees for services I didn't want and will never use, but the fact that a non-negotiable $175 "document fee" (that no one could give me a clear answer what it was even for) and approximately $1400 for "LPP" which covers lifetime oil changes that I will never use because I live too far from any Lithia service center, and filling the tires with nitrogen, which anyone with the ability to use Google knows is a total scam, left me with a negative impression of all Lithia owned dealerships More

We really like the dealership. We split our time between our home in Florida and a summer home in the Capital Region. We will definitely be going there for any needed service/maintenance. The new dealership is really nice, conveniently located and the people are great, too. They were short a service technician and it was a Saturday, so it took a little longer than I had hoped, but they did a great job and kept me informed of everything. We will definitely be back. More
