The experience was generally fine but I would never buy a new car from a Lithia owned dealership. I found the price of the used vehicle I purchased acceptable even with the nearly $1600 in fees for services new car from a Lithia owned dealership. I found the price of the used vehicle I purchased acceptable even with the nearly $1600 in fees for services I didn't want and will never use, but the fact that a non-negotiable $175 "document fee" (that no one could give me a clear answer what it was even for) and approximately $1400 for "LPP" which covers lifetime oil changes that I will never use because I live too far from any Lithia service center, and filling the tires with nitrogen, which anyone with the ability to use Google knows is a total scam, left me with a negative impression of all Lithia owned dealerships More

My son and I worked with Bobby and he was absolutely amazing! He made sure we got what we went there for and was very accommodating… he is very knowledgeable and the most professional and patient person amazing! We really like the dealership. We split our time between our home in Florida and a summer home in the Capital Region. We have our dealer down in Florida, but we were looking for a good Ford dealer in the Capital Region. We tried several, but none compared to Ford of Latham. We will definitely be going there for any needed service/maintenance. The new dealership is really nice, conveniently located and the people are great, too. They were short a service technician and it was a Saturday, so it took a little longer than I had hoped, but they did a great job and kept me informed of everything. We will definitely be back. More

December of 2023 my boyfriend and I drove all the way from New Jersey to this dealership to buy our truck, which was 2 and a half hours away. They said it was certified pre-owned vehicle. 2 months after from New Jersey to this dealership to buy our truck, which was 2 and a half hours away. They said it was certified pre-owned vehicle. 2 months after buying this truck the glow plug went .Not even 6 months later the exhaust sensor went. When we called them they told us there was nothing they could do for us. When we took our truck to the shop we found out there were more problems than just the glow plug , the rear main seal was leaking , and the left rear axle seal. 2 months later the WHOLE breaking system went . When I tried to get in contact with a manager again they would not answer. Also every sales person we had doesn’t work there anymore, a little weird right???? Beware of their ‘certified pre-owned’ vehicles, do your research!!! More
