Try asking your sales staff why they lie to people that you’ve to finance through them otherwise they won’t sell the car, it’s very simple. It was Samuel and another sales manager, they’re very rude & said “ford has this rule”, I called ford and they absolutely said there’s no such rule. So either train your employees or fire them. I already purchased another car from your competitor dealership & they’re so open about all options for financing vs cashier check vs my choice of bank. I already recommend all my friends not to go near your dealership ever.
