We live in Maine & they DID NOT take that into consideration Our vehicle broke down on a Friday. We was told that our vehicle could not be repaired until the following Monday. Then we showed up on Monday to check on the status. & they said, "Oh no! We had to order the part. & it won't be in till Tuesday." So then we came back Tuesday. & they said, "Oh the part isn't here yet. It won't be here till 3:30. & then we can't guarantee that we can't guarantee that it will be fixed by the time we close today." We had been told that the part had been coming from Harrisburg, PA. We literally had JUST passed by that town & could've picked it up if they had asked! GRRRRRR More

It was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had in obtaining a car in my years of driving. I didn't return to my previous Ford dealership because of the unprofessional behavior of the personnel (with obtaining a car in my years of driving.
