2017 Ford Fusion Went in to purchase a new Ford Fusion. Ramon showed us what they had on hand and explained the differences between each one. Between the value of the trade-in and the cost of the vehicle, we were able to work out a deal for a 39 month lease with a purchase option that was acceptable. Ramon was respectful and honest enough to admit when he had to get back to us because he wasn't sure about something off hand, as opposed to just making something up to get the sale. Once we had settled on price, Ramon and Sal were very helpful and straightforward when completing the paperwork. The car was pristine when we picked it up and Ramon spent the time necessary to synch our phones to the car's bluetooth and explain/demonstrate the cars other features. The whole process went smoothly and we were happy with the end result. More

I could not be more pleased with both the sales & service departments of this dealership. Sal Aiello, Sales Manager, is certainly not your typical dealership manager...he is soft spoken, non-pressure, totally honest and very knowledgeable regarding Ford vehicles. Sal will make every effort to give you the best deal without the shenanigans practiced by other dealerships. I have all service on my Fords performed by Ford of Englewood...they don't pressure you to have service/repairs that are not needed. Defective product I leased a brand new 2016 Explorer and took it home only to find out couple of days later that it has 3 dents on the passenger door and 1 dent on the I leased a brand new 2016 Explorer and took it home only to find out couple of days later that it has 3 dents on the passenger door and 1 dent on the door behind it. They were touched up and painted but very visible from certain angle. When took it back to the dealership, Sal the general manager denied doing any bodywork on the car. He blamed it on transport, and refused to assume any responsibility. This is my first experience with this dealership, and it has not been good at all. As a customer, buying a brand new car I deserve to have a spotless car free of any damage or repair. This place is the epitome of dishonesty and bad business practice. More
