Ford of Cookeville - Service Center

Had a 7:30 appointment for a check engine light. Got there as soon as service department opened. Was told they might get to my vehicle by the end of the day that there was seven vehicles ahead of mi Got there as soon as service department opened. Was told they might get to my vehicle by the end of the day that there was seven vehicles ahead of mine just to run the diagnostic test. They don’t have any loaners I would just have to set there all day. I said “that’s why I made an early morning appointment.” He said that’s not how it works and even if they couldn’t run a diagnostic test by the end of the day my it would be next week before they could get to my vehicle. So why make an appointment? Single parent essential healthcare worker that can’t go without an auto. So I will continue to drive with check engine light until I can take more time off from work. Waisted day from work. More
