I inquired about a specific car they had in stock that matched the criteria for my search. Dave Walker was my salesman and he stayed in constant contact, but also was respectful for my ever changing schedule as a Realtor and was so helpful and patient. The manager, Joe, was also great to work with and the finance manager, Kevin, was very thorough and enjoyable, too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ford of Cookeville for any new or used car purchases. While you’re there, be sure to ask for Dave Walker to assist you with your next car purchase. My wife and I always get exceptional service at Ford/ Lincoln Cookeville. We have been loyal customers since moving here in 2018.
