He was very efficient, professional, personable, I came in without an appointment for an oil change and was met by Billy Hummel in the service bay. He was very efficient, professional, personable, respectful and genuine. He pulled up my trucks service record and recommended the 105K mile service and I also added a tire rotation. It was lunch time and he talked to the service tech and he delayed his lunch and got all the work done in 45 minutes including a truck wash. Outstanding job!!! Thank you Billy!!! More
