My salesmen, Kevin Parrish This was the fourth vehicle I purchased from Ford of Cookeville, I have been pleased with the way I was handled each time. My salesmen, Kevin Parrish handled me the first three vehicles and assisted Devon with my last purchase. Both of them were courteous and professional in how I was handled. They answered all questions and listened when I had something to say about the deal. These reasons are why I have shopped here for my last vehicles. 5 Star customer service! I have been a ford customer for years. I went to Ford this morning looking for a used car, but after looking at the inventory, I decided to go for a 2 I have been a ford customer for years. I went to Ford this morning looking for a used car, but after looking at the inventory, I decided to go for a 2017. The salesman Lyle Heisz was so patient and professional with me and my niece. I would rate Lyle as a 5 star salesman. He made the process easy and was so kind and pleasant! Anthony helped me with all of the finance part of the deal and the entire staff at Ford is top notch!
