LIARS, SHADY, AND SNEAKY - BUYERS BEWARE!! This dealership worked a deal on a vehicle for me, and apparently traded it out to another dealership the very day I was going up to purchase it. Ins This dealership worked a deal on a vehicle for me, and apparently traded it out to another dealership the very day I was going up to purchase it. Instead of being honest with me, after asking for $500 to "hold" the vehicle, the sales associate lied and told me it was sold, 20 minutes before I was to leave to get it. However, I only discovered it was traded by sheer coincidence when looking for another vehicle. The when I asked the SA about it, he claimed he "didn't understand." The will try to scam you for money and lie to get you into the dealership. More

Drove over an hour to the dealership and test drove the car. After sitting down they quoted over $21,000. After showing the email they still would not give the price and said they could only go down to $20,000. I had proof in email yet they still wouldn't give me that price. Waisted all my time driving for no reason! More
Horrible Experience I recently purchased a used vehicle that was advertised as a dependable family vehicle. I had the vehicle only 4.days before I was being pushed across a busy road to find out the vehicle was almost completely out of oil and needed a fuel pump plus another piece that had to be sent to a different state costing around $1000.... When I contacted Ford they stated the owner of the dealership is very difficult to get ahold of and they could not do anything without the owners approval.. obviously there was no mechanical assessment done before advertising the car as dependable. I am a mother of two young children. I work two jobs to provide for my family, and now I am sitting here with a useless vehicle. I will never use Ford again. I trusted that a large dealership would not sale junk to anyone. I was wrong. Buyer Beware!!! Go down the road to the next dealership in town. More
This Dealership Rocks!!! You will find no better customer service than what was provided to us!!! Upon arrival I met Jason McClellan who was a professional from the start not You will find no better customer service than what was provided to us!!! Upon arrival I met Jason McClellan who was a professional from the start not a pushy salesman you normally get. He showed us a few cars and nothing really stood out. He went to the used car Manager Luis Angiano who met with us about finding a vehicle from a sister site or from the auction. We were nervous about making such a purchase but Luis made us feel good about it and said "If I get a Vehicle and It doesn't meet our standard or yours you have no obligation" He then printed off several vehicles and we selected a Chrysler Town and Country. He sent a driver to pick it up in Florida to find that it passed the sale inspection but failed when the driver left to bring it back to Tennessee. This is where we felt the dealership made the difference instead of masking the problems we got a phone call from Luis stating "The Van has a transmission problem and we will return it and I will look for another deal for you" This he did and after several vehicles he found a 2008 Honda Odyssey for us. Let me tell you the pictures sent did not do this Van justice it was near perfect. Then comes the deal with the Finance Manager Matt Crabtree who was amazing and not a pushy you gotta have this and that and if you don't kinda guy. Instead he made a few recommendations and that was it. This was probably the most comfortable car buying and trading experience I have had. These Guys Are Worth A Visit If you are looking to buy a new Car, Truck or Van!!!! ????? More

Lies. Plain and simple, I have never been lied to so many times in my life. My wife and I saw a van online so we called about it. The salesman said the Plain and simple, I have never been lied to so many times in my life. My wife and I saw a van online so we called about it. The salesman said the driver's seat had a burn mark in it so obviously we asked if the previous owner smoked. We were told he didn't think so and the van didn't smell like smoke at all(lie). So we drove an hour to cookeville. Upon arrival another salesman told us immediately that the previous owner was a smoker, but it didn't smell too bad. It smelled bad. The car also had a vibration while test driving it. My wife is pregnant and we have a 2 year old, so a smoked in car is a no no. The salesman told us numerous times that they could treat it and it would smell perfect, and that changing the in cabin filter would help as well. We agreed to the sale pending the smoke treatment, cabin filter change, and alignment fix. The salesman told us he saw the van being treated for smoke that afternoon. The next day he told us, the van smells amazing and there wasn't a hint of smoke(lie). The van was delivered to us smelling more like smoke than before. I called back and our salesman was unavailable. Left a message. I got a call back from "Louis" who said that "drivers left 45 minutes ago(lie) and should be almost there to pick up the van". He said that they obviously didn't do the treatment(so someone lied) or it wasn't done properly. He also told me he would make sure they changed the in cabin filter. 3 hours later I got a call from the drivers saying they had just gotten the call and were on their way. The van was delivered the next day, way after they said it would be delivered. And it smelled better, but not great. So I checked the in cabin filter, guess what, it was old and very dirty. Louis swore to me that he had no idea why his service guy would lie to him about having changed the filter, so I had to take it to a shop and have them change it. To their small credit, they paid for that to be done, which was also a hassle. I told him that if they hadn't bothered to change a $20 filter, why would I believe they did anything else. He said he would immediately email me the receipt of the alignment fix. 2 weeks later and many emails later, I still have no such proof. And the van still has the vibration while driving. This dealer has no desire to actually make their customers happy. They simply told me things had been fixed, and didn't think I would know how to check and in cabin air filter. Feel free to buy a car here, just know what you are getting into. More
We had an awesome experience buying our 2014 Mustang! We just had to come here to the Ford website to tell you of our great experience buying our 2014 Mustang! My husband has trouble being on a car lot We just had to come here to the Ford website to tell you of our great experience buying our 2014 Mustang! My husband has trouble being on a car lot and on this day he decided to go elsewhere while I looked around at cars. Dallas Edwards, our salesman was completely understanding of this and went out of his way to make my search for a car the best possible. After listening to me describe what I liked and didn't, had me test drive 2 cars I absolutely fell in love with! He encouraged me to take my time and go meet my husband to show him each car.. Well, our Mustang was the winner! There was no pressure when we decided to think on it over the weekend and by Monday morning we could hardly wait! Luis Anguiano answered our call and made it possible to get what paperwork he could get done to make our final sales signing as easy as possible! Jake Pineda, another sales associate was there to greet us... He was kind and so gracious going over the sales with my husband, making him feel right at home even offering us pizza for lunch. Then we went in to see Ray Moyer, the financial director and he and my husband hit it off right from the start even cracking jokes! Ray had a bank in mind that had a lower interest rate than we found over the weekend on our own. We were thrilled! He also recommended a great extended warranty plan so we are covered and very excited about that we have a great place to come if needed. The service Dept was flowing smoothly and very clean.. They were even mopping the floors there. I was told I could bring my car for a wash anytime! All in all, we highly recommend Ford Lincoln of Cookeville! Our last experience buying a truck at Nissan was NOT so good and even embarrassing! Thanks to all of you at Ford! We look forward to coming in again maybe even just to visit with a car wash! More
DISASTER!!!!!! It's now February 12, 2016 and almost 60 calendar days have past since we made the purchase, we STILL DON'T EVEN HAVE A LICENSE TAG, can't drive the vehicle because we're told they can't issue more than 2 temp tags. We're lied to repeatedly by these people. I've never, in my 53 years, ever encountered such genuine lack of interest in customer satisfaction, such genuine incompetence but these folks simply do not give a xxxx! Their "customer care" rep named Lisa, she talks a good game about wanting to under promise and over deliver but then she wants to pass the buck and lay blame elsewhere but then she wont even return your calls. BUYER BEWARE!!!!, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I'm contacting Ford and filing a complain too. This place is the kind of place that gives car dealers a bad name!!!!! More
