In the delivery as we were going over the operations of this awesome ride the GM Mr. Root came out to check on us and noticed my old license plate being transferred was dirty from the trade in ( I hadn't washed-lol) He called out for his cleanup crew to shine it up as well and expressed to me how pleased he and the team were to have my business. Problems with remote key We had a problem with a key for a 2013 Lincoln MKT. Made an appointment and they said we needed A new key. I think that is just crazy that anyone could charge that much for a key replacement. We talked to the manager and he stated that was the cost. More

While there he let us test drive 3 different cars! He was very patient! He was never pushy!! He took his time with us and wanted to make sure we got what we wanted. He said he had not been working there long but he did an excellent job!! We ended up not buying any of the cars but it was not because he did not try to get us the deal we wanted!!
