Usually I have dealt with the sales department which is absolutely amazing and I’ve written a review on. Today I worked with the service department and I have to say that they are equally as amazing! They absolutely amazing and I’ve written a review on. Today I worked with the service department and I have to say that they are equally as amazing! They were professional and quick. They had activities for my children, refreshments, and snacks. They are also ethical (which is hard to find) I was listening in to a conversation between a tech and a customer and without getting in to detail, it was nice to hear them actually trying to help and not just trying to get what they could out of this customer. I drive far to go to this specific location and today I was reminded why. More
Bought my car here almost 11 years ago and had a fantastic experience. We have lived away for several years and recently moved back to the area so when my car needed to be serviced I called Flammer fantastic experience. Taking your car in is never fun but this was as pleasant as it can be. Got a great loaner vehicle as we currently have only one family car and a toddler. Sara is a gem! She was so helpful in getting me set up with the loaner and updated me throughout the next day as they were diagnosing my car. That communication was very appreciated and I will definitely be back if another issue arises! More
Service personal not very helpful. Had an appointment to have service to correct a warning on my 2014 F250 Super Duty. Flammer Ford pushed it out 10 days??. I was able to get my Truck serviced @ Elder Ford have service to correct a warning on my 2014 F250 Super Duty. Flammer Ford pushed it out 10 days??. I was able to get my Truck serviced @ Elder Ford that same afternoon without a prior appointment. I ultimately purchased a new F250 Super Duty from Elder Ford. Service is 20 miles further to travel but at least they know how to service my truck More
my vehicle was dropped off there for 3 months, finally diagnosed as wire harness. Less than 1 month later it was back again with the same problem, again there for a while before telling me the PCM I just diagnosed as wire harness. Less than 1 month later it was back again with the same problem, again there for a while before telling me the PCM I just had replaced by another shop was bad and I had to replace it again. 3 days later it was back for the 3rd time with the same unresolved issue, got a VM that the truck is running fine and "there's nothing else we can do". They have been "attempting" to fix the same ongoing problem since the beginning of October, 4 months later and $2600 later the problem is still unresolved and I'm expected to pick up a vehicle just to bring it back as I have done twice before. Nobody other than the service writer has reached out to me or discussed the issue, I have also tried speaking with the service manager and GM and got nowhere, they were both extremely defensive and all they seem to care about is their reviews, I'm sure they are both aware that the vehicle is there a third time for the same issue. I provided a very detailed list as to all the repairs that have been done since I purchased the vehicle and nobody has paid any attention it it. More
