The service staff when I arrived, were talking amongst themselves and not paying much attention. I was told to make another appointment….. that would NEVER happen at my Ford Dealership in Maine. More

Recently purchased a 2011 Ranger. .. one of the air pressure sensors in the tire wasn't working correctly. I was told that they would replace that sensor but they were out of stock. .. one of the air pressure sensors in the tire wasn't working correctly. I was told that they would replace that sensor but they were out of stock. When I brought the truck in to get the new sensor they replaced all 4. I expected just the one that wasn't working properly. Very good customer service. It pays to purchase from a dealer and have them perform a complete maintenance check. More
