Love going to Fords to have my car serviced. they let me right from the beginning on what they are going to do to my car when I take it in to them. Everyone is very caring. It's really a nice touch in the waiting area, very clean, plenty of room and they supply danishes and coffee or cappuccino while you are waiting to have your car finished.
