We took our F150 in after hours yesterday so the dealership had it all day today. They did test the battery this morning and called to say they were going to "take it down and put it on the big mach dealership had it all day today. They did test the battery this morning and called to say they were going to "take it down and put it on the big machine" but when I called at closing time they hadn't done anything but the morning battery test and say it will likely take "a few days" to get a tech to look at it since "they are really swamped". Guess we should have called around to see what shop "wasn't swamped'... Disappointed they at least weren't forthright this morning or that they didn't take the initiative at end of day to say that the truck was just going to sit there for days. More

We got a screw in our tire. They got us in right away and fixed it. BUT we made an appointment to have the rear view camera checked. It does not always work. The tech told us that we are the next vehicle to be looked at. We left the car for the day. At 4:30 they called and asked if they could keep it over night. We said sure. On Tuesday the 31st they called and asked if they could keep it overnight again. Mist here we’re two vehicles ahead of us. We came and got the car as we were leaving on a trip with the car on the 1st. So no camera fixed NOT EVEN LOOKED AT for 2 days. Just because this is under warranty and you don’t get paid the same for the fix is no reason that It wasn’t looked at. I hope this message goes directly to the manager. And we can get this problem resolved. More
