We got a screw in our tire. They got us in right away and fixed it. BUT we made an appointment to have the rear view camera checked. It does not always work. The tech told us that we are the next vehicle to be looked at. We left the car for the day. At 4:30 they called and asked if they could keep it over night. We said sure. On Tuesday the 31st they called and asked if they could keep it overnight again. Mist here we’re two vehicles ahead of us. We came and got the car as we were leaving on a trip with the car on the 1st. So no camera fixed NOT EVEN LOOKED AT for 2 days. Just because this is under warranty and you don’t get paid the same for the fix is no reason that It wasn’t looked at. I hope this message goes directly to the manager. And we can get this problem resolved. More

Had problem with navigation doing "default" after running OK for a while. Had 8:30AM appt with Todd Scott. Said it might be all day. However, after 3PM, got call from Mike Stults that car would not be analy OK for a while. Had 8:30AM appt with Todd Scott. Said it might be all day. However, after 3PM, got call from Mike Stults that car would not be analyzed that day AND there were SIX cars still in front of mine (how is that possible?). Well, OK... Mike called mid next day and explained that issue was not a "minor" fix and a full fix would be very expensive ($1,600+). Not practical, so got checked out by Mike in very satisfactory fashion. NOTE: Even though appt. was with Todd...never heard from him again...and I won't in the future...feel comfortable with Mike handling all my needs in the future. Thanks Mike! More
