Went in a few days ago for a recall from Ford. Was also having an issue with the drivers side mirror control. Took the SUV in when they called to advise they had the part for the recall. Everyo Was also having an issue with the drivers side mirror control. Took the SUV in when they called to advise they had the part for the recall. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The recall was done the day we took the vehicle in for repair. They advised the part for the mirror would take a few days to receive. Given the option to pickup the vehicle or bring it back. Opted to leave until the following Monday. Received a call on Tuesday that the vehicle was done. So far, so good. Mirror works fine now. Everyone could not have been more pleasant. Most importantly we were advised of timelines and called promptly if anything changed. More

Todd Scott is not an employee I want to deal with. Because of previous experiences with him, I requested from Mike Stutz when making my appointment that another person handle my service call. Unfortunately Mike told him and Todd verbally attacked me and yelled at me over and over until I swore back at him and I was shaking uncontrollably . Unfortunately, Todd could not let me deal with someone else and kept coming at me even when told to be quiet by others. Mike Stutz could not have been nicer but unfortunately the event with Todd happened AGAIN! Unfortunately, talking to the service manager, Claude, accomplishes nothing. The next day, I also discovered they left a cover off something under my hood and slammed the hood shut. The hood was open on one side because of the cover sitting there and I am lucky my hood did not get bent or damaged. I have photos of this if anyone wants to see them. Needless to say, I will not return to this dealership. More
