There service department has gone to xxxx. I bought my 2014 f150 super crew from them, new and it's gone down hill over the past 6 years. I will never return there and don't go to port richey ford either , they are just as screwed up.. Ford of springhills service manager's and the team need to be REPLACED. We as customers shouldn't have to put up with the xxxxxxxx that we have and spend that kind of money for xxxx servive!! If the general manager can't fix the service department then fire his sorry xxx too!! Guessing the best place for service AFTER you buy a truck from springhill Ford is Brandon Ford. Never been. But it's got to be better then springhill ford, what a shame!!! More
