Contacted Mr Peterson as requested and have not received a return call. Since my initial review, I have learned that the wheels on the passenger side have sections where the clear coat has been sanded off. This is the same side where the very large abrasive scratch exists. The wheels can be aligned by moving the car such that the sanding on the wheels aligns with the abrasive scratch/scar. It seems to me that wheels were scratched at the same time as the body and the scratches were removed by sanding the areas on the wheels. Also have discovered missing part in trunk area. Advertising on the internet such that the buyer cannot see the car requires a complete disclosure of any functional or cosmetic issues. That certainly did not occur in this case. All of this additional information has been provided to the dealer but still no response. This is disappointing[ for a dealer with such a good rating.

Despite what the Folsom Lake Ford Response says (see below), I have phoned Mr. Peterson and have emailed him as well on multiple occasions. It is clear to me that they no interest in hearing from me about my concerns or experience with them. I think this is all you need to know about the character and integrity of this dealer --it is non-existent.
