Integrity and Honesty! I have a 2006 Ford Fusion with only 89,000 miles. I have my car serviced only by Folsom Lake Ford, because they know my Ford. All of the Service Advisors that I have had have been great! Steve Rinelli was the last Service Advisor that I had. He was fantastic! I had my 90,000 mile service done a little early! He kept me informed of the status, his price estimate was close to spot-on. And I was able to pick-up my car sooner than I expected! It is really nice to know that if you take care of your Ford and follow the Maintenance Schedule, then you will have a vehicle like mine that just keeps running smooth!! Thank You, Folsom Lake Ford!!
