Apt for oil change but waited 30 min. And windshield leaking car soaked in water couldn’t do anything without a diagnostic apt which 2 weeks out agreed to reseal windshield did nothing to And windshield leaking car soaked in water couldn’t do anything without a diagnostic apt which 2 weeks out agreed to reseal windshield did nothing to get water out of car. So much water floor mats squished with water. Took back twice to put same vent piece in under driver seat. Told there was half in water in chassis floor but they would charged $500 to remove driver seat to unscrew plug and apts two weeks out. Took to personal mechanic will not be going back car is a 2015 transit connect passenger with 17,500 miles. Told should get 20,000 maintenance done now since don’t drive much. Agreed thinking if get better service. I was wrong. More
