It was a pleasure dealing with Sergio Foti at Folsom Lake Ford when we purchased our Mustang Mach e. He was very professional and knowledgeable in his understanding of electric vehicles, unlike other legacy Ford when we purchased our Mustang Mach e. He was very professional and knowledgeable in his understanding of electric vehicles, unlike other legacy auto companies, whose Rep's have little or no knowledge of these vehicles. In addition, Sergio was hard working on his day off, had a car prepared for us, prior to our arrival at the dealership. This is a trait not found in many sales professionals today.
