Overall the experience was great. Sergio Foti was excellent to deal with. We worked out the deal before we showed up. The financing side could have been better. They sort of rushed it and had the DMV registration already completed via electronic format before we stepped back there with my wife and my electronic signature before we ever saw it. He didn't include the mailing address on the registration but since electronically it was signed he didn't want to re do it so hand wrote it in, so I doubt it will have the PO mailing address on our registration which will require me to make a trip to the DMV to add it for future registration stickers. Also they tossed on a Recovr module without telling us, it was so rushed as it was 8:30pm Sunday night on the due bill he said sign this as nothing was promised but later I saw they charged us $570 for it. And it seems extended warranties are pricey but Ford doesn't allow out of state purchases of them anymore so CA jacks the price by almost double. More
