I worked with James W in Service - this dude LOVES his job - I have visited countless dealerships over the decades for service on various vehicles, and have never encountered anyone as friendly and helpfu job - I have visited countless dealerships over the decades for service on various vehicles, and have never encountered anyone as friendly and helpful as he was... not to mention proactive. I have the Mechanical Protection Plan on my Bronco, which covers the wheels and tires, (I had a nail in my tire that was too close to the shoulder to repair) but it was not purchased through your dealership - so he took it upon himself to call the dealership where I bought the Bronco, got my contract info, and he called the company that facilitates the program - and quickly got approval for me to get a replacement tire. I've worked in Customer Service for nearly 30 years - and there are a couple ways to really impress your customers - make it EASY for them to do business with you, make it effortless, and provide them with an experience that makes them tell other people. James did all of that. More
