Patient, works hard for the sale, created a good experience I began looking for my car online one evening. Another area dealer had the exact car in the exact color and trim level I was looking for, so I put in I began looking for my car online one evening. Another area dealer had the exact car in the exact color and trim level I was looking for, so I put in an inquiry online about the availability and what the price was. Not wanting to eliminate the local dealer so easily I also put in an email to see if perhaps VW of Asheville might be able to locate the vehicle for me. Stephanie Dilts contacted me quickly and went to work with Nate Nunn to find a car for me. In the interim the other dealer was making attractive offers to lure me to purchase their car. Stephanie worked hard for the sale and around the time they were getting ready to pull in a car for me the exact car with the desired trim level and color came in on a truck. Stephanie patiently kept up with me for the solid week it took get the deal done and easily walked us through the purchase process. More

I drove 4 different cars and between the two of us, we were able to make a smart and conscious decision which one to land on. She answered my questions, was very patient and sincerely wanted me to buy the car that would meet my criteria. I really appreciated those qualities in her.
