FLOW VW of Asheville gets 5 Stars for many reasons, one of which for having , JESSE COLE, my Tiguan Salesperson. This man knows his VW products. I have been buying new cars and trucks since 1977 and Jesse of which for having , JESSE COLE, my Tiguan Salesperson. This man knows his VW products. Jesse was awesome to work with! ! He delivered my car to me in Charlotte all the way from Asheville, was very communicative throughout the day on his timing, and was super helpful in ! He delivered my car to me in Charlotte all the way from Asheville, was very communicative throughout the day on his timing, and was super helpful in making sure I was prepared with all the docs I needed. Signing the paperwork was simple and efficient, and even after Jesse drove my trade-in back to Asheville, he helped me with some setup items and checked in to make sure everything was seamless. Jordan and Tim were also amazing to work with and were crucial in getting my car paperwork done and delivered to me in a matter of days.
