Overall good experience I had an overall good experience at AVL VW. The staff was accommodating and friendly, although because of timing we felt a little rushed and pressure I had an overall good experience at AVL VW. The staff was accommodating and friendly, although because of timing we felt a little rushed and pressured to purchase right then. Because we completed the deal after closing hours, we were to return to pick up our new car the following day after it had been detailed. When we did so, it took longer than I had anticipated. The tags had not been put on the car and it did not have a full tank, so we had to wait for all of this to occur. The detailing of the car was not great as there were marks on the interior ceiling of the car not from our use. The manual was not in the car when I got home. Also, perhaps because we knew we wanted to buy this car the initial introduction to the car was not as thorough as I might have imagined. This was remedied when we returned to pick up the car. Andrew gave a full detailed run down of the various car functions. Overall a good experience, but there certainly is room for improvement. More
