Danielle was more than your typical sales person! From the first minute Danielle introduced herself, until we purchased our new VW, we knew we were with the right person to guide us through the proces From the first minute Danielle introduced herself, until we purchased our new VW, we knew we were with the right person to guide us through the process. Her knowledge, patience, ability to listen, and warmth made us feel at ease. We weren't used to a sales person who wasn't pushy and manipulative and this made it comfortable for us to take the time we needed to consider the information she gave. When we called Danielle the next day, she kindly answered our questions, and invited us to call her as often as needed. Within a day, we knew we wanted to buy a car from her, rather than another dealership we had considered. Upon returning, ready to buy, we were introduced to Chris, who discussed the numbers, and we came to a deal we were satisfied with. All of this was done professionally and, I might add, enjoyably. We look at new cars each time we are in and staff members offer assistance and answer questions, without pressure to buy. We test drove a 2017 Passat and ended up buying! If we get half the service out of it that we did our 2010 Golf, it will be money well spent. We will be loyal customers for years to come. More
