This was my first purchase from this dealership. It was not any better or worse than most dealerships that I’ve purchased cars from. It was a hoiiday and service took longer than anticipated I brought car in for oil change and the upgraded computer program. The service person did not charge for the service as I waited 3 hrs. Just yesterday, this “Boomer” worried that I most certainly must have been in the midst of a “senior moment” while reaching out to Flow Subaru’s Service Dept. for some trouble shooting answers pertai certainly must have been in the midst of a “senior moment” while reaching out to Flow Subaru’s Service Dept. for some trouble shooting answers pertaining to my 2019 Subaru Outback. Most fortunately for me, my call was routed to amazing Kristen for help and advice. There is truly no way that I can adequately convey how ultimately patient, kind, and respectful she was to my situation. Professionally, she went way above and beyond my expectations for resolution to a problem which turned out to be nothing more than a dead battery. Initially, no thanks to my frantic online research, I had already feared the worst outcome of it being a po$$ible electrical malfunction, etc. But, with Kristen’s knowledgeable expertise and precise attention to detail when questioning the specific issues, she immediately and most correctly identified the basic problem. In addition to everything else, she even waited while I made several trips back & forth to the vehicle to retrieve information that would be needed to contact Subaru’s Roadside Assistance service (which fortunately I qualified for unbeknownst to me without Kristen’s helpful advice). In addition to everything else she had already done for me at near closing time on a Friday, Kristen went way over and above my expectations by also providing me with her personal cell number just in case I ran into any further complications before bringing my vehicle in for a diagnostic evaluation on Monday. In summation, you have a most phenomenal employee in Kristen and I owe her nothing less than a huge debt of gratitude. Warmest blessings to her and your conscientious team of Flow service providers who emulate her exemplary work ethic, standards. More

The service mechanics are even willing to come out and kindly share their wisdom and insight. Having been a customer manager myself, my bar at satisfying customers is pretty high. Kudos to Subaru Flow. The only reason for four stars is due to the construction, disorganized customer entrance procedures and space, limited parking, and lack of directions from staff on where to park, pickup vehicle, etc. The jewels of Subaru are the wonderful staff. My deal @ Flow was $3,400. less on the 2021 Outback Touring XT than Capital Subaru in Greensboro. Donna & I could not be happier. More
