I've always received polite treatment and any needed service items have been fixed on the very first attempt. This is my second purchase from this dealership. I bought a 2019 Ascent from them and have done service with them on that one since we purchased it. When it was time to purchase another car, after I bought a 2019 Ascent from them and have done service with them on that one since we purchased it. When it was time to purchase another car, after test-driving 4 other cars, we chose to buy another Ascent and get the 2023 model. Alyssa was our sales agent, and she was knowledgeable, professional, and we really enjoyed working with her.
