Vehicle Serviced, but Our vehicle was serviced as promised, however when appointment was scheduled two weeks in advance, we were told there would be a shuttle to take us to Our vehicle was serviced as promised, however when appointment was scheduled two weeks in advance, we were told there would be a shuttle to take us to a local mall, and when we arrived we were told there was no shuttle. Then, when we were called about the needed service, the technician didn't bother to check our warranty and said we would have to pay for service which was covered. We had to have the technician verify our warranty only after we told him. Finally, they didn't have a technician to perform the complimentary wash and only offered to have the car cleaned if we brought it back during the week when we weren't able to. During our previous three years of owning our Mini Cooper, we have always had our service provided on Saturdays, but this was the first time we weren't provided with a shuttle or the cleaning of our vehicle. I'm not sure if this is a new thing with Flow Mini of Raleigh, but I certainly hope this isn't their new level of service on the weekends. Else it won't be worthwhile to keep using their service department for our vehicle in the future. More

A scam, mostly I called three times and was promised a 2-way shuttle, only to find out I had to find a ride back to Raleigh (from Chapel Hill) due to a shuttle drive I called three times and was promised a 2-way shuttle, only to find out I had to find a ride back to Raleigh (from Chapel Hill) due to a shuttle driver leaving for a different city. The diagnostic exam took 3 hours (from 8AM-12PM), when I was told it would only take about an hour. This likely affected the shuttle availability as well. I went in because my car was hesitating and my check engine light came on for a bit, and I left still not knowing what was wrong with my car, but with a $8,000 estimate for costs associated with issues not related to my engine. Thus, I left with the same problem I had going in. $90 for a diagnostic is too much, especially when they charge you twice for two different "types" of diagnostics. All other places I've been to don't do this. More

Plus, our salesman, Michael Robinson, has visited with us during each Mini checkup for 5 years. He takes time to walk over and chat about the Clubman and catch up. Michael also emailed and called to check on us several times after we were hit by Hurricane Florence. His contacts were uplifting during a difficult time for us. Workmanship at Flow has been excellent and the people we have dealt with have been outstanding. More

Before we really decided to purchase one, we wanted to drive it. So we went to the closest MINI dealership to our home, Flow MINI of Raleigh. In sales, we met an amazing gentleman named Ian D. So patient, kind, and answered a lot of questions for us; not 'pushy' despite being in sales. After more research, we ended up purchasing our MINI out of state. I ran into Ian and he didn't hold any hard feelings or bitterness that we didn't purchase from him. In fact, just the opposite! He offered to answer any questions we had about our 'new' MINI (like adding the bonnet stripes to the hood and rear). Now, only having the MINI for 2mo now, I kept experiencing a low tire. Turned out I had a nail in my tire. These Run Flat Tires are no joke! No only did Flow MINI give me a loaner to use while they had to keep my car, they were able to squeeze in an oil change at the same time at my request. When the tire I needed turned out to be on an 8-week back order, Merle in Service came to my rescue and made the phone calls to fine a solution to my tire issue. And I also received kind service from Tom in service as well. So far, it's worth the drive to go to this particular MINI dealership. Highly recommend them, sales or service. More

They will do what’s necessary to make sure your experience at their dealership is nothing but 100 percent satisfaction. I worked 35 years in customer service & Flow Mini’s is the best I’ve experienced. I have no motive to make these comments other than they have earned them. More
Excellent service I take my Mini to Flow Mini for scheduled maintenance. The history of my car is available in their computer files. Maintenance per a Mini Cooper manual and the manufacturer’s guidelines is followed by this service. I have never been advised that service outside of those parameters is necessary. The staff is professional, and I trust their service. Now, ask yourself, when have I received competent and honest service by an auto service business. If your answer is never - or even otherwise - my advice is for you to service your Mini at this business. More
