Outstanding sales and service support We purchased our certified 2012 Mini Cooper Coupe on 2/28/17 while visiting our daughter in Raleigh, NC. We had driven down from PA with the title for We purchased our certified 2012 Mini Cooper Coupe on 2/28/17 while visiting our daughter in Raleigh, NC. We had driven down from PA with the title for a car she wanted to trade in for a Jeep Renegade. The Leith Jeep and Flow Mini dealerships were right across the street from each other. I previously owned a 1959 Austin mini and decided to look at the new Minis while they were finishing up the paperwork at Leith. I was looking at the Coupe in the outdoor lot when salesman, Mike Robinson, came out to greet me and see if he could answer any questions. He was extremely courteous and helpful. When we were done talking I thanked him for his time and went back to the Jeep dealer to check on the progress. I told my daughter about the Coupe and she went to look at it. She liked it and unknown to me told my wife who walked over to to Flow. I returned to Flow just in time to see her and Mike pulling out of the lot for a test drive. They came back and she said we were buying the car. We ended up driving two cars back to PA. The rest is history. Since we also have a home in NC, we registered it in NC. As the car was sold new buy Flow as well as to the second owner and now us as the third and had always been serviced there, we return once a year for the annual service and inspection. Josh Kinneer, Matthew Anderson and the rest of the service staff are fantastic. I can drop it off by 7:30AM and pick it up by noon. The car is also spotless inside and out when we pick it up. Mike is always available to speak to to catch up on Mini news. It's extremely comforting to know we have such a pleasant and professional organization to look after my wife's baby. I can't complement them enough for their excellent sales and service. More
