Car is back to working condition! Hi! So I live in NYC and was in NC for a festival and had a minor collision. I was able to get my insurance to help pay for me to bring it to Flow bec Hi! So I live in NYC and was in NC for a festival and had a minor collision. I was able to get my insurance to help pay for me to bring it to Flow because I had a friend nearby that I could stay with. I needed a new radiator which had to be sent for then it was discovered that I also needed a new seatbelt extension. So in all all the repairs took a little over a week. I had a dealers personal number so I could text him for updates which was very nice. I was grateful for that. I would go back again if I were to need other Mini services. There is no need to go to any other Mini dealership. There is no reason to go to any other Mini dealership. The staff is nothing less than phenomenal. But when your precious little Mini is returned to you, every little thing that needed to be fixed or tweaked is repaired and back to perfect. Fantastic Purchase Experience! I returned to Flow MINI of Raleigh and ultimately purchased another vehicle from them - my second. Great day to buy a car I decided that I wanted another mini cooper clubman so I stoped by Flow Mini to take a look. I was greeted by Mark Turley and I told him my situation. I decided that I wanted another mini cooper clubman so I stoped by Flow Mini to take a look. I was greeted by Mark Turley and I told him my situation. I wanted to have a new car in June. We looked at a few cars and I knew I had to make this happen. I told Mark to please not call me, I know what I want and I know who I want to sell it to me. ( he kept his promise) He just had that honest approach to him. Several days later I realized the same salesman sold me my fist Mercedes the first year the 350SLK came out. He was the same then. I stoped in several times with more questions and checked the inventory, and Mark was very patient and treated me like I was his only client. Well due to a nice commission check that came my way this week, I went to see Mark again and today I came home with the most amazing clubman ever made. I can't thank Mark enough as well as Kevin to make my dream come true. These guys are a real class act. I was met at the door by Ian, who was very helpful and knew the features of the car very well. During the paperwork portion, Ian and Henry were both VERY helpful and patient when it came to my bank being problematic. With this being my first car purchasing experience I was very pleased. Both Henry and Ian reached out to me numerous times after my purchase to make sure I was pleased with my new vehicle.
