Good service but made BIG mistake I dropped my car off to get a recall part replaced. Great timing they finished it very quickly and did curtosy top off fluids BUT FORGOT TO PUT MY OIL I dropped my car off to get a recall part replaced. Great timing they finished it very quickly and did curtosy top off fluids BUT FORGOT TO PUT MY OIL CAP BACK ON MY ENGINE !!! Now i have oil everywhere in my engine bay and on the front of my bumper and had to go buy oil to refill the engine. Also ran the risk of blowing my engine on the drive home. Yeah i know i should know theres an issue with my car when i smell burnt oil from the inside of the car but i shouldn't have to check if they did everything right. Good service besides that mistake and good timing, good customer service too. Flow if you reading this i'd like a free oil change. -Daniel George More

Visited Flow Mini to repair back windshield coming unglued from convertible top. Said they could replace the convertible top for $3700. Spent $72 and repaired it myself. Working wonderfully. Told them I thought I had an oil leak. They found 2 leaks. Spent $1,600.00 that day, $1,100.00 for oil leaks. Realized in just 2-3 weeks, it was still leaking. Took it back because the work was guaranteed for 2 years. They said they found additional oil leaks. I could live with the possibility of missing one leak but I spent $2,000.00 for the additional oil leaks. I don't know how they missed $2,000.00 worth of oil leaks. Does not make sense to me. Will not be back unless I am absolutely desperate. Will use Import Services in Greenville. Have used them, very happy with them. They have a great reputation for their work and prices. More

Fantastic I have never had such a wonderful car buying experience! Nan (my sales person) and Henry (sales manager) were an absolute joy to work with. I didn't feel rushed or pressured, I just felt like I was among friends who would do whatever they could to help me. The whole team at Flow Raleigh were unlike any car dealership I have ever been to. I was so excited to buy my Mini and to be honest, Nan was as just excited as I was. It was AWESOME!!! We sat outside in my Mini and she showed me all the bells and whistles, how to work everything, and she even synced my phone to the car for me so I wouldn't have any difficulties. I left feeling Flow Raleigh knowing if I had ANY issues the staff would take care of me and feeling as if I had made a new group of friends. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Mini, and I will most definitely use them again! More
